Voila! The Official "Paris, Rue des Martyrs" Cake & Cocktail!

Today, I have a delicious guest post for you! Food Me, a French-English website featuring great recipes and foodie articles, has created a dessert and cocktail inspired by my novel “Paris, Rue des Martyrs.”

How did Food Me get involved in this literary-culinary gig? Full disclosure: My husband Didier is the founder/editor of the website. And it just so happens that Didier not only loves to cook, but as a Sorbonne grad, also has done his share of reading and writing!

Merci, Didier, for sharing your creativity and writing the following post… and to my readers, happy reading and bon appetit!

Mint Daiquiri

With the simple, basic ingredients of white rum, lime juice and sugar cane syrup, the Daiquiri is a classic. Food Me added a touch of mint for a refreshing, exclusive drink to accompany our latest sweet creation: The “Paris, Rue des Martyrs.”
