An Author Interview... and Photos of the Real "Rue des Martyrs"...

Please follow me to Creatrice Mondial today, where I share thoughts on writing, my inspiration for “Paris, Rue des Martyrs” and my travel recommendations in an author interview! Merci!

And here on my blog, a few photos of the real “Rue des Martyrs” …

A cafe... perfect for a moment of relaxation

The street is pretty calm in the morning...

Sunshine on historic buildings...

Yummy cakes on the Rue des Martyrs... I couldn't resist (as usual)

  1. Everything is great except I have to learn to resist those lovely cakes. ;)

    1. Ha, ha! Me too... (I say that, and then about five minutes later, I'm taking more pictures of desserts and posting them here or on Twitter!)

  2. Desserts = teaser! Any possibility you install a “scratch & sniff” photo next time?! :-)

  3. I've been living in that street... hope you'll find a publisher your book to be sold in the great independant bookshop of the rue des Martyrs Community : L'atelier 9 http://librairie.atelier9.free.fr/ and Les Arpenteurs https://www.facebook.com/pages/librairie-Les-Arpenteurs/108071795890460 - Sophie

    1. My novel actually does have a publisher ("Agency Editions," an imprint of my L.A.-based literary agent), but only is available as an e-book for now. I love small bookshops so would be delighted to eventually have it published on paper as well -- and maybe even in French too! Thanks for stopping by!
